When can I expect my order to arrive?
Regular items may take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on delivery location.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds on orders are valid up to 10 days after delivery. Items must be unworn. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of refundable items.
What if I want to exchange for a different size?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items. Once the original item is received and confirmed to be eligible for exchange, a new tracking number will be provided for the replacement item.
What if I want to change my order?
Customers have up to 24 hours from time of purchase to change order. After that you must go through the refund/exchange process.
